I used to sun gaze when I was a child. For some reason I got away from it. I think it was programing in the media that said not to look directly at the sun and to use sun screen when out side that made me get a away from it. I did stare into the total eclipse years ago without having any problems although people were yelling at me to stop it.
While doing some searching online about vitamin D and the sun knowing that the body can make it's own vitamin D from sun light I found information about sun gazing. There are lots of articles and videos about sun gazing but I put up this one because it has several different people in it talking about their experiences with it. One fella even got a neurologist to test his brain while sun gazing to see how it changed his brain activity and another went to an eye doctor to confirm that his eyes had not been damaged.
I have been doing some sun gazing this week and have noticed that my vision is greatly improving among other things. I am disabling the comments. Some of you may not like that but, I have my reasons for it. To me it is very interesting. I realize that there are many people who are on meds that make it dangerous to be in the sun and of course there are a lot of people who believe that sunlight is harmful and causes cancer. So don't do it if it goes against your belief about your health. Beliefs are very powerful so don't go against what is true for you. This is not meant to diagnose or treat any illness.
