I met this cartoonist at another forum who has given me permission to use his cartoons I will be posting them as he does them here. This one made me laugh. I hope you enjoy it.
Awake is right government does suck!
I think the artist "Awake" is saying the government will suck everything it can out of you and your home.

By the way your last sentence has a few grammatical errors you might want to fix.
So you've changed a little bit of the wording now. Saying that government will suck everything out of your home is a perfect illustration of an ignorant, simplistic, right-wing talking point that doesn't come close to addressing the whole (but it makes some people feel comfortable.)
If you can't afford your own private security force you probably have nothing worth stealing any way.

Opening a mouth produces air which goes in and out. it is not the suckage that is important, it is what gets the suckage to go away that is.

I saw the title and didn't know it was a cartoon, I will look for it Lisa. I have been writing like a mad man lately, poems and a series called the running "mouth" thesis that I have had very little time for anything else.
Besides that, farm work has been a lo,t Fall is work till winter time.
I will look in on your column, I hope you will do the same if you get time. :)
